stand behind our work. We do extensive testing before we turn your
site over to you. We are constantly improving our methodologies and

- Price - Our philosophy is give you the most we
can for your money. Your money will always go farther with us, as
we will not try to sell you something you don't want or need. When
bidding on different products, we analyze what you want up front,
we make the best practices recommendations and then empower you to
make the choice. We can generally offer two to three tiers of pricing
depending on your budget, needs, and desires. Plus for any of the
extras you want, we offer ala-carte choices so many times you can
pick and choose from a list of options. Other options can always
be added later as your business continues to grow, your budget grows,
or your needs change. We also offer special pricing for not-for-profit
and charitable organizations.
- Integrity - We tell you things up front that the
"other guys" don't want to tell you. For instance, we would never
say; "If you have us build a web store for you, your sales will
double!" We will tell you from experience what works best
and that if you implement those strategies you have a better chance
of being successful, than if you don't. Your sales may double, but
honestly a lot will depend on your product or service and demand
for said products and services. We will give you a site that will
increase your integrity on the world wide web though.
- Reliability - We are down right "freakish" about
reliability. We believe in a little overkill on hardware, networks,
security, and over all level of service. Please realize that web
sites run on specialized computers and like other computers they
do need maintenance from time to time. Usually maintenance is nothing
more
than a full backup, a hardware upgrade, or applying security patch.
These things all raise the reliability of our service. We do regular
backups, as often as twice daily dependent on needs. Our machinery
is protected with Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) devices as well
as diesel generator backup. Our machinery and services is secured.
Our network service is provided by an organization that specializes
in network connectivity. Unlike most all of our competitor's, our
internet service is not provided by a local power company dabbling
in internet technology. We feel this gives us a very distinct edge
over the others.
