Non Re-Fundable Items:

Due to circumstances beyond our control some items are non-refundable. These Items include:

* If the domain you request is unavailable, you will be able to choose another.

Minimum Purchase Items:

Web hosting plans are prepaid for the full term, there are no hosting refunds. A minimum charge of the full term (one month, three months, six months etc. will apply. Cancellations must be requested before the 15th of the month of the currently paid period whether that be a month, quarter, half-year, or a full year.

Refundable Items:

There is a 6% restocking fee on all refunds given on credit card purchases. Any return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Other Policies:

While, we will do our absolute best to ensure results; we can not guarantee any search engine submission results. Most search engines are extremely complex and kept cryptic to make it harder for anyone to gain an unfair advantage. We have developed several techniques that do seem to produce extremely good results, however. We can show these results upon request.

Requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of delivery date for shipped products.

We request that instead of Pay Pal, you use the credit card checkout feature if at all possible, as this will save you ( and us! ) any Pay Pal fees. Credit Card Purchases will also reduce payment to product delivery time.

Every attempt will be made to process refunds in a timely manner. Usually less than 3 business days.
